We had a lovely meal here, the food is much cleaner than many Indian restaurants, less oil and sugar. Good portions and reasonably priced. We really enjoyed it

Fab evening once again. Staff were great, service was great and the food was absolutely spot on. I understand that the restaurant is under new management but the service and food is as higher quality as it was before. Will be back again soon.

Great food, relaxed atmosphere, helpful friendly staff with good knowledge of the menu. Restaurant food is most probably the best in the Exeter area. Beer selection was limited. A great place to come out with my family and friends. Highly recommended

Really nice Indian restaurant. Staff are efficient and friendly. We had a great take away from here and recently had a sit in meal. The restaurant is clean and smart. Only issue is the parking is very limited so maybe get a taxi. Update 2019: This is still a fantastic restaurant. Staff were attentive and food came quickly. They also treated us to complimentary drinks and starters as it was are anniversary. Highly recommended. Not for good small children.

My partner and I ordered a takeaway last night and the team from spice and stone were so helpful. I wanted to have a curry that was dairy free and they kindly altered a dish to make it suitable for me. They were completely understanding and so accommodating. Kindness like this goes a long way! Both our food was also delicious. Thank you

Excellent customer service with great authentic food. Amazing taste, we loved the food. We start with papadom, chicken tikka starter and lamb chop starter it was really amazing. Main was chicken tikka biriyani and nan bread with madras chicken curry. Nothing to complain. Also fast service too. If you ask me I can give u 200/100. Plus 10 star. Highly recommended. Will go again and again. The guy who served us he was very friendly with the smile..

Ordered takeaway from here to Cranbrook. It was great! They threw in complementary poppadoms too. Very quick service. Sad we hadn't discovered them sooner!
